Rob Dupre - Head Brewer

We are delighted that Rob Dupre joined us as head brewer in September 2015.

Rob brings a wealth of expertise to us with more than 29 years of experience in the brewing trade, having previously worked at Hogs Back Brewery and Itchen Valley Brewery, where he developed and brewed more than 1 million pints of beer.

He is helping us to continue to improve the quality and variety of our portfolio of craft ales, using his expertise and the natural resource of the chalk filtered bore hole water supply we are lucky to have here in Hampshire.

He is genuinely excited about having the opportunity to brew the finest quality beer using our first class equipment and his aim is to brew some of the best beers in the country, through an injection of new ideas and some innovations to the recipes.
